Energetic assessment of buildings

Starting from the 4th of January 2006 every member State of European Community has to agree with the Directive n° 2002/91/CE of the European Parliament concerning the energetic efficiency of the buildings.

The principal goal of the Directive is to promote in all the member States the saving of energy used by the buildings for their needs.

In this sector, PASR offers the following services:

• Energetic assessment of the building
• Energetic classification of the building
• Editing of the certificate of energetic assessment
