Environmental Reclamation

Pirelli & C. Ambiente Site Remediation S.p.A.'s experience in site reclamation dates back to the environmental reclamation of the historic industrial area owned by the Pirelli Group in the Bicocca district of Milan in the former eighties.

Over the course of almost 10 years, PASR has developed the expertise to offer the reclamation sector a complete service encompassing planning of environmental characterisation and planning and execution of reclamation work.

In particular, Pirelli & C. Ambiente Site Remediation S.p.A. provides a global management service for the environmental reclamation process through the planning and execution of the following:

• Soil and subsoil reclamation
      o On site plant engineering (e.g. biopiles, landfarming)
      o In-situ plant engineering (e.g. AS-SVE, bioventing)
      o Removal and disposal of materials
      o Establishment of permanent safety zones
• Asbestos reclamation
• Demolition
  
  Depending on the customer's requirements, Project Management can include handling relations with the relevant Authorities for the entire reclamation project, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and enabling the customer to delegate the time-consuming administrative/bureaucratic procedures required by the legislation in force.
